SingHaiyi sells 550 units at Grand Dunman best-selling project in 2.5 years
Grand Dunman’s launch weekend saw a strong take-up, with 550 units of the 1,008 units snapped up. The two-day event saw a 54.6% take-up rate, a reflection of the prime District 15 Dunman Road development’s good locational attributes. This makes it the fastest-moving project of 2023.
SingHaiyi Group and CSC Land Group are the joint developers of Grand Dunman, which boasts units ranging from one- to three-bedroom, including dual-key units. The average selling price achieved was around $2,500 psf, and 70% of the units sold were priced around $3 million or below.
Located near Dakota MRT station and Kong Hwa School, Grand Dunman provides buyers with convenience and investors with rentability. About 90% of the buyers were Singaporeans, with another 9% Singapore Permanent Residents and 1% foreigners.
The successful launch of Grand Dunman contributed to a spillover effect on the two other projects in District 15 – the 638-unit Tembusu Grand in April and the 816-unit The Continuum in May.
