Portfolio of HDB shophouses for sale at $21.1 mil
A portfolio of four two-storey HDB shophouses is up for sale via expression of interest (EOI) in Singapore. The guide price set by the marketing agent Knight Frank is “around $21.1 million”.
The four shophouses are located in Hougang Street 21, Bedok North Street 1, Marine Parade Central and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6.

The deadline for the EOI exercise for the portfolio has been set for Oct 23 at 3pm.
