Freehold condo Botanika reaches new high of $2,535 psf

On Aug 28, the sale of a 2,099 sq ft four-bedroom unit fetched a price of $5.32 million, or $2,535 psf. This surpasses the previous psf-price high of $2,457 set with the sale of a 2,605 sq ft four-bedroom unit in May 2007.
The high-price sale is the first resale transaction at Botanika in nearly two years. Pinewood Gardens, a freehold condominium along Balmoral Park in District 10, also saw a new psf-price high. A three-bedder unit was sold for $3.05 million, which works out to $2,443 psf. This exceeds the prior record of $2,228 set with the sale of a 1,970 sq ft unit for $4.388 million in July 2020.
Located along Keng Chin Road, off Bukit Timah Road in District 10, Bellerive achieved a new psf-price high with the resale of a three-bedroom unit for $3.9 million. This works out to $2,323 psf, surpassing the previous high of $2,192 psf from the sale of a 958 sq ft two-bedroom apartment for $2.1 million in February 14.
