Keppel REIT secures Equifax as Blue & William’s anchor tenant
Equifax, a global data, analytics and technology company, has officially opened its new workplace at Blue & William in North Sydney, Australia. The 10-storey building, a development within Keppel REIT’s portfolio, is located at the intersection of Blue and William Streets. Equifax occupies over 4,350 sqm of space across levels five to seven.
