One Global Group appointed sole agent for Barratt Developments in Southeast Asia

One Global Group has announced an exclusive partnership with UK developer Barratt Developments, making One Global Group the exclusive sales agency for the developer’s Southeast Asia projects.
Gary Ennis, regional managing director of Barratt Developments (London and Southern), says the partnership expands their “successful” model of having a sole agent. He says “We’re excited to expand our relationship with One Global Group, as they have a unique offering in Southeast Asia, which will enable us to provide access to a wider selection of UK properties and enhance the buyer experience through technology.”
In order to facilitate this experience, One Global Group has introduced the One Global Partners’ Portal. This online tool is designed to be a single destination for agents to access information on properties for sale. It includes live price lists, investment insights, marketing collaterals and more.
Barratt and One Global Group have already launched a number of projects together. These include Wembley Park Gardens, a new development in Wembley Park within northwest London. It offers 302 one- and two-bedroom apartments starting from GBP395,000. The project will be completed in phases from the spring of 2025.

A recent launch was Hendon Waterside, a long-term regeneration scheme located in West Hendon. This project comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from GBP391,000.
In the second half of the year, Barratt and One Global Group plan to launch more projects. This includes the newest phase of Eastman Village, Barratt’s ongoing development located in Harrow. The Robertson Apartments phase will offer 46 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from GBP339,000.
With this partnership, One Global Group and Barratt Developments are looking to provide buyers in Southeast Asia easier access to a wide selection of UK properties. Technology is also being used to enhance the buyer experience, making this partnership an exciting one to watch out for.
