Copen Grand sells out in a month, scores a series of firsts and clinches Top EC award
Copen Grand was the fastest-selling executive condo in recent years. The 639-unit project, located within the Tengah Garden District, was jointly developed by City Developments and MCL Land. It was launched in October 2022 and entirely sold within a month.
Copen Grand is the first executive condo of its kind in Tengah Town, and is within walking distance of three MRT stations on the Jurong Region Line. This line is expected to be completed in phases from 2027 to 2029 and will connect to the Jurong East MRT Interchange in the Jurong Lake District and the upcoming Jurong Innovation District. The nearby Tengah Integrated Transport Hub and Tengah Boulevard Bus Interchange will offer further convenience.
Designed by ADDP Architects, Copen Grand has 12 storey blocks with a north-south orientation for maximum cross-ventilation. It was also awarded the Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification by the Building and Construction Authority. Renewable energy such as photovoltaic systems will be used to replace some of the energy used in common areas and facilities. There will also be 20 electric vehicle charging stations in the car park.
Apartments range from two-bedroom-plus-study units of 807 sq ft to five-bedroom premium units of 1,561 sq ft, with smart-home features. The development boasts eco-centric facilities, including a multi-tiered clubhouse and gym, a hydro pool, a 50m lap pool and a tennis court.
