FRX Capital clinches maiden win for landed project with Mount Rosie Signature Collection
FRX Capital, the homegrown real estate developer, took home the coveted Top Landed Development award in the Uncompleted (Central) category at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards (EPEA) 2023. Last year marked the handover of the company’s first three landed projects. Their fourth, Mount Rosie Signature Collection in District 11, had only been launched for sale in August and has already won the first award for FRX Capital.
The project consists of two bungalows and four terraced houses, all of which feature a modern colonnade design inspired by European townhouses, thanks to the architecture as conceived by DS Architects while interior design was done by Wallflower Architects. This achievement marks a significant milestone for Fraxtor and FRX Capital, indicating their business model of fractional shares in a property investment is gaining traction and they can deliver luxury landed homes to the local market. The core investors, which includes veteran property developer Daniel Teo, the chairman and managing director of Hong How Group, and other individual investors, were also part of the successful round of investment for the en bloc purchase of Gloria Mansion for $70.3 million in January 2022.

The judging panel for the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards felt the terraced houses and bungalows of Mount Rosie Signature Collection pushed the boundaries of design excellence, commending the overall design concept and use of engineered stone on the facade for their contributions to sustainability excellence. Ultimately, this marks an important victory for FRX Capital.
